Understanding Yogasanas:
The word “asana” literally means a posture. Among the countless postures a body can assume, 84 have been identified as Yogasanas, through which one can transform the body and mind into a possibility for ultimate wellbeing.
Yogasanas: More Than Exercise:
Yogasanas are not exercises but rather subtle processes to manipulate one’s energy in a particular direction. Hatha Yoga offers a set of 31 powerful postures, or yogasanas, to enable the system to sustain higher dimensions of energy.

This profound science enhances how one thinks, feels, and experiences life. Yogasanas align the inner system and adjust it to the celestial geometry, bringing one in sync with existence and naturally achieving a chemistry of healthfulness, joyfulness, blissfulness, and balance.

Program Dates and Timings: 14-18 Nov. | 6:30 – 8:30 AM
Eligibility: 14 yrs and above
Fee: 4000 Limited Seats- – 10 Only
Participant Guidelines:
Attendance and Age Requirements:
- Attendance on all days is mandatory for the program.
- Open to ages 14 and above.
Empty Stomach Condition:-
- Please come in an empty stomach condition:
- Finish a meal 4 hours prior to the class.
- Snack 2.5 hours prior to the class.
- Avoid beverages or cigarettes 1.5 hours before the class.
Contraindications:
- Due to the nature of the practices taught, the following individuals are not eligible to participate at this time:
- Women who are currently pregnant
- Anyone who has had a major open surgery within the last 6 months
- Anyone who has had a laparoscopic surgery or any severe muscular injury within the last 6 weeks
Registration Fee Policy:
- After registration, if you are unable to attend the program, you can participate in the same program in the future without any additional registration fee.
